Having successfully worked in all levels and multiple areas of the industry, Nadia makes exceptional guest-centric service simple and achievable, reigniting the passion that makes hospitality so unique.

Through the power of mentoring and courses online and around the world, she improves end to end experience, working exclusively with hotel and travel business management to understand, inspire and empower staff and guests.

It’s not just the destination, but the road you have travelled that matters. Here’s a taste of my journey:

I was Private Dining Assistant and Duty Manager of Gordon Ramsay Holdings, then 9 fine dining and Michelin Star winning restaurants in London. I had the pleasure of working alongside kitchen legends including Angela Hartnett, Marcus Wareing, Mark Sargeant, Paul Ainsworth and Jason Atherton, it was truly inspirational. I also worked alongside Rick Stein CBE and Jill Stein as Deli manager and Duty manager at their establishments in Padstow, Cornwall.

I penned the Going Out guide to London for Explorer Guidebook series and co authored a global guide to the 50 Best Luxury Adventure Holidays in the World from travel company Adventure Temples.

My writing on food, drink, holidays and the hospitality business has been published in Food Insider, Discover Magazine, Cornwall Food & Drink, Cornwall Living and MyCornwall.

Hospitality and food is more than a business for me, I take it personally. To this end, I founded and directed a not for profit organisation Community Kitchens UK, based in the east end of London, that brought together vulnerable people to cook fresh, nutritious and affordable meals in local community centres. My work was recognised by the British Medical Journal in reducing heart disease and diabetes.

I was honoured to join the board as a Public Health Strategist for Children and Young People in Tower Hamlets. I continue to lobby for healthy food for all with a focus on schools and am Vice Chair of a Local Authority Board in Cornwall, opening new kitchens and helping to set the agenda for healthy eating across the board.

My debut cook book was published in 2007 sharing the culinary story of women who, like me, grew up in the UK with foreign mothers. Full of recipes, traditions and lessons on culture shared through the food we cooked and ate.
